View CC'd Email Addresses in Tickets

View CC'd email addresses on Ticket

Users can now see "Other Recipients"' on tickets, including those cc'd on the ticket. You can also "reply all" within the ticket. Selecting the "reply all" option will automatically enter all email addresses in the 'to' and 'cc' fields. Email addresses can be removed from these fields at any time by clicking on the "x" icon near them.
