K12 Insight is Becoming Onflo

The Name is Changing. Our Commitment to K–12 Service Excellence is Not.

Over the last year, you’ve seen the beginning of our evolution.

In September 2025, our platform Let’s Talk became Onflo. We introduced the new platform name and spent the school year helping districts become familiar with it through our “Onflo, formerly Let’s Talk” transition.

Now, we’re taking the final step.

This summer, we’ll complete our transition from K12 Insight to Onflo.

This is more than a new logo or a new website. It’s the natural next chapter in a journey we’ve been on together for years. The platform that started as Let’s Talk has grown into something much bigger than its original name could describe. 

Guided by the needs of school districts across the country, we’ve expanded beyond communications to help teams improve service delivery across district departments including IT, facilities, HR, communications, and more.

The name Onflo reflects what the platform—and our company—have become. 

Most importantly, while our name is changing, the things that matter most to our clients are not.

What’s Changing

• K12 Insight will become Onflo.
• Our website will move from k12insight.com to onflo.com.
• Employee email addresses will change to @onflo.com.
• We will retire the “formerly Let’s Talk” messaging in our platform and move forward under a single name: Onflo.
• Our visual identity, logo, and brand materials will be updated.

What’s Staying the Same

While our name is changing, everything our clients rely on remains the same:

• The same platform and capabilities
• The same contracts and pricing
• The same customer support experience
• The same mission and values

No action is required from current clients.

Existing website links will automatically redirect, and emails sent to @k12insight.com addresses will continue to reach us during the transition.

Why Onflo?

Over the years, district partners challenged us to solve increasingly complex service challenges. What began as a communications platform evolved into a broader solution that helps school systems streamline service, improve responsiveness, and create better experiences for families, staff, and communities.

Our new name reflects that evolution:

• ON represents the always-on service today’s communities expect.
• FLO represents the state of flow that happens when requests, questions, and support move efficiently through an organization.

Together, Onflo reflects the experience we’re helping school districts create every day: responsive service, connected teams, and smoother operations.

Do K12 Insight clients need to do anything?

No. The transition will happen automatically, and there is no action required from current clients.

Is the platform changing?

No. The platform, capabilities, and functionality you use today remain the same.

Is Let’s Talk changing?

Our platform Let’s Talk was renamed Onflo in September 2025. As part of this final transition, we will retire the “formerly Let’s Talk” messaging and move forward under a single brand: Onflo.

Will website links still work?

Yes. Visitors to k12insight.com will automatically be redirected to onflo.com.

Will email addresses change?

No. This is a brand transition only. Our ownership, leadership team, mission, and commitment to clients remain the same.

Why are you changing the company name now?
