K12 Insight recently released the inaugural National Report on Parent-School Trust and Engagement, which found a direct correlation between family satisfaction and district-provided customer service: As satisfaction increases, so does trust; and as trust increases, so does the likelihood and frequency of positive recommendations.
This has serious implications for school districts seeking to maintain enrollment, improve communications and community engagement, and provide equitable access.
