Experts weigh in: Why school customer experience matters

customer experience video

Recently, we’ve been writing a lot about why exceptional customer experiences are so vital to school and student success.

It’s a hot topic–and not one that everyone agrees on.

That’s why we recently asked leading schools leaders and school communications experts to weigh in.

In the first of our new Big Question video series, you’ll hear from school leaders like Dr. Michael Daria, superintendent at Tuscaloosa City Schools in Alabama, Kaden Jacobs, director of communications at Richmond County School System in Georgia, and Julie Thannum, APR, assistant superintendent for board and community relations at Carroll ISD in Texas, as well as national school communications leaders and experts from the team at K12 Insight.

So, why is exceptional customer experience so critical? Watch the video below for the answer to our first Big Question.
