COVID-19 Update from K12 Insight

There is nothing more important than the health and safety of your community. We have been closely monitoring Coronavirus (COVID-19) reports and considering the impact the virus could have on those we care about most, including our educational partners—who have welcomed us time and time again into their schools and into their communities.

We know your reality is quickly changing and that you are facing many difficult decisions to help ensure the health and safety of your school community. During this uncertain and tense time, our entire team at K12 Insight wants you to know that we are thinking of you and are here to help.

Our team has been developing a contingency plan that helps limit unnecessary risk to your community while continuing to support you in the important work that you do. We have made two key changes:

  • We have halted all travel through April 13, 2020 at which point we will determine if an extension is needed
  • We have assessed and expanded our virtual training and workshop offerings to give you additional options for keeping your project or Let’s Talk! implementation moving forward over the next 30 days (specifics forthcoming)

Relationships are at the core of everything we do at K12 Insight, and the decision to limit in-person meetings is a difficult but necessary precaution to help limit the spread of COVID-19 and protect our communities—while empowering you to focus on immediate challenges posed by the virus. During this time, our team remains available via video conferencing, phone, and email, and we will keep in touch regarding any updates or additional information.

If you have questions or concerns about these changes, please do not hesitate to reach out to your Strategic Account Executive.

Stay safe and healthy—and let us know how we can help.
