Unfortunately, email isn\u2019t naturally actionable. It doesn\u2019t help teams define the workflow, and relevant information is often scattered.<\/p><p>Onflo (formerly Let\u2019s Talk) tickets, however, are assigned to owners and given priorities, and internal collaboration is supported without confusing the Customer.<\/p><p>Email also falls short when it comes to tracking progress and status, as well as offering transparency into what\u2019s happening across a team or even a district.<\/p><p>With Onflo, you can instantly see what you and your teammates are working on, track everyone\u2019s progress, and capture trends.<\/p><p>Luckily, you can take advantage of all of the features of Onflo by turning an email into a Ticket!<\/p><p><strong>OPEN: <\/strong>For users with an active Onflo account<strong>,<\/strong> forward any email from your district email address to <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>open@k12-lets-talk.com<\/strong><\/span>. A new Ticket will automatically be created in your My Tickets folder.<\/p><blockquote><p><strong><em>Example Case:<\/em><\/strong> You\u2019ve just received an email from an angry parent about his student\u2019s grades. You can use the forward and forget model, or take your customer service to another level. Simply respond to the parent via email and cc open@k12-lets-talk.com. This will create a Ticket in your account that includes the Customer\u2019s message, name, and contact information. Simply reassign that Ticket to the appropriate teacher, principal or User, and Onflo will track the progress of their follow-up.<\/p><\/blockquote><p><strong>CLOSE: <\/strong>Want to close a loop and keep everyone on the same page? Forward (or CC) to <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>close@k12-lets-talk.com,<\/strong><\/span> and your newly created Ticket will show up in your Closed Tickets. Tickets forwarded through this method will also immediately <strong>send the customer a feedback form<\/strong>.<\/p><blockquote><p><strong><em>Example Case:<\/em> <\/strong>You\u2019ve been going back and forth with a community leader fine-tuning the details for her upcoming visit to your school. Keep all of this information to yourself, or share with your team so they\u2019re well-informed, too, and know how to respond if you\u2019re unavailable. When sending your final \u201cSee you soon!\u201d note, cc close@k12-lets-talk.com. Now, this chain of correspondence will show up as a Ticket in your Closed Tickets box.
