The new Onflo (formerly Let's Talk!) 17.0 is all about providing an exceptional user experience for district and school staff who build landing pages in the platform. We\u2019re excited to roll out new updates that make it easier and more intuitive to build landing pages that meet the needs of district stakeholders.<\/p>

What is Onflo new Account Builder?<\/span><\/h2>

Once a Onflo Landing Page is designed and lives on a district\u2019s website, it serves as the stakeholder-facing tool for collecting questions and feedback from students, families, teachers, staff, and community members. With our Account Builder tools, System Administrators now have a central location and more options for customizing landing pages at the district and campus levels.<\/p>

Inside Account Builder, you\u2019ll have access to a Landing Page Wizard and Landing Page Editor where you can make custom edits to landing pages. Additionally, the Landing Page Editor and Tab Editor are combined, making it easy for you to handle updates for both, all in one place.<\/p>

More Customization to Build Landing Pages<\/h2>

We\u2019re also excited to roll out a new button display for landing pages. We\u2019ve increased the size of buttons and provided more options for color customization that allow you to add the details you need. Buttons can be sorted by \u201cmost popular\u201d or alphabetically.<\/p>

When creating buttons, you can also link to other landing pages and URLs outside of Onflo Now, it\u2019s easy to direct visitors to other areas of your district\u2019s website in one location.<\/p>

Answers to FAQs at Your Stakeholders' Fingertips<\/h2>

The Advanced Landing Page editor makes it easy to link to resources that answer your stakeholders\u2019 questions faster.<\/p>

\u00a0Here, you can link to <\/span>Knowledge Base<\/span> and <\/span>Onflo Chatbot<\/span>\u00a0 \u2014 an AI-powered, always-on chatbot\u00a0 \u2014 within the landing page itself. You can also add an FAQ highlights section to feature the most common questions that come through Onflo Chatbot.<\/span><\/p>

Topics Manager<\/h2>

Another key change you\u2019ll see in Onflo is \u201cInterest Areas\u201d are now called \u201cTopics\u201d and \u201cInterest Area Categories\u201d are now called \u201cCategories.<\/span>\u201d <\/span><\/p>

As you work within Topics Manager, you\u2019ll now see suggestions for categories<\/span>. <\/span>Additionally, topics can be viewed for each category on the right within Onflo and once checked, they appear on the left.<\/span><\/p>

Our number one goal is to provide you the best experience with Onflo In addition to rolling out the Account Builder tools, we\u2019ve made several updates that make it easier for you to navigate Onflo view data, and customize responses.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Updates that help simplify the Onflo experience include:<\/span><\/p>

  • Click \u201cShow more\u201d to expand a searchable, full view of all Categories and Topics when changing the Topic on a Ticket.<\/span><\/li>
  • The toolbar in customer replies has been updated to accommodate bulleted and numbered lists.<\/li>
