{"id":4106,"date":"2021-06-17T19:38:40","date_gmt":"2021-06-17T19:38:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.k12insight.com\/kc\/?post_type=article&#038;p=4106"},"modified":"2026-01-16T01:19:29","modified_gmt":"2026-01-16T01:19:29","slug":"managing-multiple-phone-lines","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.k12insight.com\/kc\/how-to-articles\/managing-multiple-phone-lines\/","title":{"rendered":"Managing Multiple Phone Lines"},"content":{"rendered":"\t\t<div data-elementor-type=\"wp-post\" data-elementor-id=\"4106\" class=\"elementor elementor-4106\" data-elementor-post-type=\"post\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-25de6f43 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"25de6f43\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-4c8246e5\" data-id=\"4c8246e5\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3316f7c5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3316f7c5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Onflo (formerly Let\u2019s Talk) allows you to support multiple phone lines, each with their set of greetings, voicemail messages, and auto-text replies.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><b>System Administrators<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> can customize these settings in <\/span><b>Settings &gt; Phone and Text &gt; Topic Phone Number Settings.<\/b><\/p><h2><strong>Adding Phone Lines<\/strong><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click on <strong>Request Phone Number<\/strong> at the top of the Topic Phone Number <strong>Settings<\/strong> page.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The requested phone number will be displayed as pending until the phone number is successfully added to the account in about 2 business days.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><strong>Phone Number Settings<\/strong><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To begin creating custom settings for each phone line:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Select an active phone number by clicking its checkbox<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click on \u201cEdit Number Settings\u201d at the top of the <\/span><b>Topic Phone Number Settings page\u00a0<\/b><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A panel will appear on the right containing <\/span><b>Voice Call Settings<\/b><\/li><\/ul><h4><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Enable Call Recording<\/strong><\/span><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To enable\/disable Call Recording, click the toggle from grey to blue. Blue will indicate that the Call Recording feature is active for your phone number.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-15784 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.k12insight.com\/kc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Screenshot-2026-01-15-191115.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1275\" height=\"450\" \/><\/span><\/h3><h4><strong>Incoming and Voicemail Messages<\/strong><\/h4><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To upload a new Incoming Message or Voicemail Message, click on the \u201cAudio File\u201d button located under each heading and select the desired file<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click Save at the bottom of the panel to confirm your changes<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-15785\" src=\"https:\/\/www.k12insight.com\/kc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Screenshot-2026-01-15-191639.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1574\" height=\"493\" \/><\/p><h4><strong>Text Messages and Auto-Replies<\/strong><\/h4><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To enable\/disable Text Messaging, toggle ON\/OFF<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To enable\/disable Auto-Reply Text Messages, toggle ON\/OFF<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the text box under the <\/span><b>Auto Reply Text<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> heading, type the message you would like your customers to receive after contacting you.<\/span><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Example: Thank you for contacting us! Your message has been received by the team and you can expect a response shortly.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the text box under <\/span><b>CX Score Text Message<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, type the message you would like to send to customers when asking for CX score feedback.<\/span><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Example: How did we do? \u2013 We hope we were able to address your questions or concerns. Please take a moment to give your interaction a Cx score.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click save at the bottom of the panel to confirm your changes<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><strong>Changing Phone Number Topic<\/strong><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You may wish to repurpose a phone line for multiple topics throughout the school year.
