enabled in your Onflo (formerly Let's Talk!) account.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>Flexible Ticket Aging Rules<\/b><\/h2><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-4091 aligncenter\" now set different ticket aging rules and working hours based on Interest Area or Category to meet the unique standards of each department.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>Interest Area Phone Number Management<\/b><\/h2><p><b>System Administrators <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">can create custom settings for multiple phone lines, making it possible for each line to have its own set of incoming call greetings, voicemail messages and text auto-replies.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>Enhanced Support Center<\/b><\/h2><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-4092 aligncenter\"
