Similar to labels in email platforms, Onflo (formerly Let\u2019s Talk) gives users the ability to add Tags to their Tickets. Tagging Tickets will help you to categorize messages and identify trends across Topics, Customer groups, and time periods.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

How do I add Tags to Tickets?<\/strong><\/h2>
  1. From your inbox, click the Ticket that you wish to add Tags to.<\/span><\/li>
  2. Within the Ticket open, click the Tags icon (tiny plus icon) located directly below the timestamp.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
  3. Scroll\/Search through the Tags drop-down menu to choose from a list of existing tags, or type in the box to create a new tag.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
  4. Remove Ticket Tags by hovering over it and clicking the \u201cX\u201d.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

    How can I use Tags?<\/strong><\/h2>
    1. To search: <\/b>Using <\/span>Advanced Search<\/b><\/a>, you can look for all tickets containing certain Tags.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
    2. To view trends: <\/b>Check out the Tags section in the bottom right of the <\/span>Overview Dashboard<\/b><\/a> to see what tags are used most frequently.<\/span><\/li>
    3. To trigger additional actions:<\/b> Use Tags to trigger additional actions via <\/span>Workflow<\/b> in Onflo<\/span><\/li>
    4. To label multiple related tickets: <\/b>Use Bulk Editor to apply the same Tag(s) to several tickets at the same time.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

      To manage all Tags, go to Settings then click on Tags located under the Reporting section in the left panel. Here, you can view, add, delete, and enable or disable existing Tags.<\/span><\/p>
