Collaborating with your team members while you manage customer feedback will help you ensure timely follow-up and is an import part of the Onflo (formerly Let's Talk) platform.<\/p><p>To start, make sure that you're the right person to address the feedback, or bring the right team together. From there, follow up as needed.<\/p><h2>Collaborate<\/h2><p>If a Ticket arrives in your <a href=\"https:\/\/www.k12insight.com\/kc\/getting-started\/inbox-overview\/\">Assigned to Me or Team Tickets inbox<\/a>, then someone has taken the time to write you a question or share a concern.
