This will allow you to create a new ticket from the one you are currently viewing. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-3307\" src=\"https:\/\/www.k12insight.com\/kc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/Screen-Shot-2020-05-14-at-4.15.52-PM.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"205\" height=\"294\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.k12insight.com\/kc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/Screen-Shot-2020-05-14-at-4.15.52-PM.png 420w, https:\/\/www.k12insight.com\/kc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/Screen-Shot-2020-05-14-at-4.15.52-PM-349x500.png 349w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 205px) 100vw, 205px\" \/><\/span><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fill out the pop-up screen with the appropriate information for the second ticket.<\/span><\/span><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Ticket Subject<\/strong>: Populates the current ticket subject, but can be changed.<\/span><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Ticket Description<\/strong>: Populates the current ticket description, but can be edited as needed.<\/span><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Assign to<\/strong>: Select the Topic in which you would like to assign the second ticket.<\/span><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Optional Message<\/strong>: Write out any additional details you might want to share with the team, such as why you decided to split this ticket into two. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-3308\" src=\"https:\/\/www.k12insight.com\/kc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/Screen-Shot-2020-05-14-at-4.19.16-PM.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"597\" height=\"520\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.k12insight.com\/kc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/Screen-Shot-2020-05-14-at-4.19.16-PM.png 1384w, https:\/\/www.k12insight.com\/kc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/Screen-Shot-2020-05-14-at-4.19.16-PM-574x500.png 574w, https:\/\/www.k12insight.com\/kc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/Screen-Shot-2020-05-14-at-4.19.16-PM-768x669.png 768w, https:\/\/www.k12insight.com\/kc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/Screen-Shot-2020-05-14-at-4.19.16-PM-1024x892.png 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 597px) 100vw, 597px\" \/><\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Check the <\/span><strong>Send response to customer<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> box if you want to notify the customer that a second ticket has been submitted from their original message. Onflo (formerly Let\u2019s Talk) automatically uses the following message, but you can customize the response to the customer with your own message. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-3635\" src=\"https:\/\/www.k12insight.com\/kc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/Screen-Shot-2020-08-07-at-12.25.40-PM.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"584\" height=\"205\" \/><br \/><\/span><\/i><\/i><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click the <strong>Split<\/strong> button and the second ticket is now created!\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ol><p>A couple of things to keep in mind when using this feature -<\/p><ul><li>Closed tickets cannot be split.<\/li><li>You can only split one ticket into two tickets.
