Team has been hard at work to bring you enhancements in the platform that will help streamline your daily workflow and make collaboration easier, wherever you are working from.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Features in this month\u2019s release<\/span><\/h2><h4><b>Split Tickets\u00a0<\/b><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Not every ticket received from your community comes with a straightforward response. Often, it can contain multiple questions that require multiple teams or departments in order to respond to all concerns. Onflo now has smart features turned on to know that when a customer responds with \u2018Thank you\u2019 after it has been closed, it does not require the ticket to re-open.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>System Admins can Notify Users with open Tickets<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: The Notify Users feature within Comparison Dashboards will now allow System Administrators to notify any users that have open tickets in their inboxes.\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Inbox will Auto-refresh<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: The Let\u2019s Talk!
