Each User can set his or her own preferences regarding Digest delivery. System Administrators do not control these settings account-wide.<\/p><h3 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Ticket Activity Report<\/h3><ul><li>Sends an overview of Tickets assigned to you or your team. You\u2019ll see a list of all of your Tickets, and notifications for those that are past due.<\/li><\/ul><p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-15608 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.k12insight.com\/kc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Screenshot-2026-01-13-150106-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"711\" height=\"671\" \/><\/p><h3 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Dashboard Report<\/h3><ul><li>Shows a snapshot of key data from your Onflo (formerly Let's Talk) Dashboard. You\u2019ll always stay on top of your key statistics, and know how you stack up in your district.<\/li><\/ul><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-15609 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.k12insight.com\/kc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Screenshot-2026-01-13-150530.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"601\" height=\"558\" \/><\/p><h2>Customizing Report Frequency<\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Digests can be found under Notifications.
