This comparison will showcase how <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">you stack up with districts across the country through easy-to-understand charts. Category administrators will have System Admin permissions over all Interest Areas under their respective categories. This includes adding users, creating and assigning Interest Areas, and access to data regarding those Interest Areas under the Dashboard.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-2994 \" src=\"https:\/\/www.k12insight.com\/kc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/Screen-Shot-2019-10-25-at-1.51.08-PM.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"420\" height=\"193\" \/><\/p><h4><strong>Private Interest Areas<\/strong><\/h4><p>Interest Areas can be set to private to prevent irrelevant members from accessing data from the Interest Area. When an Interest Area is set to Private, only the following users will have access to the Interest Area:<\/p><ul><li>Category Administrator<\/li><li>Topic Owner<\/li><li>Team Members of Topic Area<\/li><\/ul><p>An Interest Area can be set to private by the following:<\/p><ul><li>Category Administrator<\/li><li>Topic Owner<\/li><li>System Admin (will not be able to make Interest Area public)<\/li><\/ul><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-2997\" src=\"https:\/\/www.k12insight.com\/kc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/Screen-Shot-2019-10-25-at-2.00.07-PM.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"431\" height=\"347\" \/><\/p><h4><strong>User Permissions<\/strong><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Category administrator and System Admins will have the ability to create landing pages with the following Interest Areas:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Interest Areas they own<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Interest Areas under their Category<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Interest Areas that are not set to <i>private<\/i><\/li><\/ul><h4><strong>Dashboard Updates<\/strong><\/h4><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dashboard filters<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> are now pulled to the side of the screen for easy access and filter layering (<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I want to see data for only this Interest Area that received a CX score of 7 or below<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">). <\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Positive &amp; Negative cards are associated with word clouds upon expanding (<i>all my negative feedback corresponds to the word <\/i><b><i>late<\/i><\/b><i>! Yikes<\/i>.)<\/li><\/ul><p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-2996\" src=\"https:\/\/www.k12insight.com\/kc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/Screen-Shot-2019-10-25-at-1.56.37-PM-800x389.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"696\" height=\"338\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.k12insight.com\/kc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/Screen-Shot-2019-10-25-at-1.56.37-PM-800x389.png 800w, https:\/\/www.k12insight.com\/kc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/Screen-Shot-2019-10-25-at-1.56.37-PM-768x373.png 768w, https:\/\/www.k12insight.com\/kc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/Screen-Shot-2019-10-25-at-1.56.37-PM-1024x498.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.k12insight.com\/kc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/Screen-Shot-2019-10-25-at-1.56.37-PM.png 1742w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 696px) 100vw, 696px\" \/><\/p><h4><strong>Comparison Grid<\/strong><\/h4><p>Users, Interest Areas or Interest Area Categories are placed on a grid-based on their average Ticket Age and Average CX Score to visually showcase and compare the state of progress each team, user or category falls under.<\/p><p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-3020\" src=\"https:\/\/www.k12insight.com\/kc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/3FfQmUnbix-1.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"705\" height=\"442\" \/><\/p><h4><strong>Notification Updates<\/strong><\/h4><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In platform: A bell icon will appear next to the Record a ticket icon so users can see updates\/what\u2019s new in one click. <\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Emails: A time-based system (within 5 minutes) will gather your recently missed and send it off as one email. This way, your LT! notifications will be <b>stacked<\/b> so you won\u2019t receive 15 different emails for the actions one team member decided to do across <i>multiple tickets<\/i>.<\/li><\/ul><h4><strong>Transfer Interest Area Ownership<\/strong><\/h4><p>Owners of Interest Areas can transfer ownership to any other team member under the Interest Area.<\/p><h2>Other minor changes<\/h2><ul><li>Edit customer information on tickets<\/li><li>When selecting a feedback score, customer can change the feedback score on the comments page<\/li><li>The year will be added to the \"received on\" column of word downloads<\/li><li>Resizable internal comment textboxes<\/li><li>Differentiation between users who have bypassed tour mode and those who are still in progress<\/li><li>Search tickets by \"origin\" field selected on recorded tickets<\/li><li>Ability to reorder dropdown values on a pop-out tab<\/li><li>Entry points will differentiate between Landing Pages and Tabs in the Overview Dashboard<\/li><li>Report and ticket downloads will process in a newly opened tab<\/li><li>Unopened ticket counter will be added to the browser tab<\/li><li><em>Refresh<\/em> button at the bottom of the dashboard to instantly update data<\/li><\/ul><h4>What are your thoughts on this update?
