Customers may be parents, students, staff, or community members.<\/p><\/li><li><strong>Ticket<\/strong> \u2013 A Ticket is a message (question, comment, compliment, suggestion, or concern) sent from a Customer to a Let\u2019s Talk! account. Messages found outside of Let\u2019s Talk! (Tweets, Facebook and Instagram posts) can also be converted into Tickets.<\/li><li><p class=\"Body\"><strong>Topic <\/strong>\u2013 Subject of the Customer's feedback. Topics can be trending matters, departments, schools, or even individuals.<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"Body\"><strong>User<\/strong> \u2013 A User is a district employee with a Let\u2019s Talk! login. Users have different kinds of accounts that allow them to use the Let\u2019s Talk! system in different ways.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h2 class=\"Body\">User Types<\/h2><ul><li><p class=\"Body\"><strong>System Administrator <\/strong>\u2013 Responsible for customizing all settings; able to see all Tickets and Dashboard reports.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><ul><li><p class=\"Body\"><strong>Global User<\/strong> \u2013 Cannot customize account settings; able to see all Tickets and Dashboard reports.<\/p><\/li><li><strong>Topic Owner <\/strong>\u2013 Content area expert. Responsible for ensuring follow-up on all Tickets received in his\/her topic; able to see Tickets and Dashboard reports only for his\/her team(s).<\/li><li><p class=\"Body\"><strong>Team Member<\/strong> \u2013 Content area expert.
