If so, then make sure to keep these tips in mind when you download the Onflo - Admin app to respond to tickets on the go!<\/span><\/h4><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">First, ensure that you\u2019ve downloaded the Onflo - Admin app for users, rather than the Onflo app for stakeholders to submit tickets.<\/span><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Your Onflo - Admin app icon should match the one displayed here.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2894\" src=\"https:\/\/www.k12insight.com\/kc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/Screen-Shot-2019-08-20-at-10.52.24-AM.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"406\" height=\"398\" \/><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once downloaded, the app will prompt you for your login credentials. <\/span><b>Instead of entering your SSO credentials, click the <\/b><b><i>Forgot Password? <\/i><\/b><b>link at the bottom of the login form.<\/b><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Because your SSO credentials are external to Onflo, it is necessary to create a unique password for the app only.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once the Reset Password email arrives in your inbox, follow the steps to set a new password that you will remember. <\/span><b>This password will be used for the app ONLY.
