This release focuses\u00a0on enhancing the most used page on the platform to further increase teamwork. The ticket page will now see new features such as forwarding options and real-time comments as well as upgrades such as a clean up on the ticket details and timeline.<\/p><h2>Simplified Ticket Page<\/h2><p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-2639\" src=\"https:\/\/www.k12insight.com\/kc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/Screen-Shot-2019-03-19-at-12.18.02-PM.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"650\" height=\"390\" \/><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A new design for ticket details expands text boxes and clarifies editable fields within the section. Less confusion for users and more accurate data is recorded. <\/span><\/p><p>What's changed:<\/p><ul><li>Ticket information on the left side: Notice that our team has cleaned up the information text boxes, clearly identifying editable fields and expanding boxes such as name and email so the text is no longer cut off ?<\/li><li>Where did the three buttons go?<ul><li><strong>Reply to Customer<\/strong>\u00a0- is now its own button on the bottom right corner of the original message box. Why?\u00a0Because it's the expected next step to receiving a ticket.<\/li><li><strong>Internal Comments<\/strong>\u00a0- is now a text box within the timeline. Just type and post!<\/li><li><strong>Close Ticket<\/strong>\u00a0- is now found in the ticket drop down found under the ticket number. Why? We want our users to close their tickets, but its a step after responding to clients, and any needed collaboration.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><h2>CC emails in customer replies<\/h2><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-2645\" src=\"https:\/\/www.k12insight.com\/kc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/Screen-Shot-2019-03-18-at-5.25.18-PM.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"651\" height=\"216\" \/><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Integrating Onflo further into the familiarity of emails - the ability to CC other addresses when replying to a customer will allow users to bring in whomever they need to into the loop without having to chase down the conversation outside of the system.<\/span><\/p><h2>Autosave Replies<\/h2><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-2646\" src=\"https:\/\/www.k12insight.com\/kc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/Screen-Shot-2019-03-19-at-12.27.17-PM.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"651\" height=\"192\" \/><\/p><p>Automatically saving customer replies as a draft has a very simple (but important) benefit: never lose your work again!<\/p><p><strong>Bonus<\/strong>: Option to save as a response template as well for future use using the save icon.<\/p><h2>See when other users are in the ticket<\/h2><p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-2647\" src=\"https:\/\/www.k12insight.com\/kc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/Screen-Shot-2019-03-18-at-5.21.43-PM.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"650\" height=\"346\" \/><\/p><p>Real-time edits will allow users to truly collaborate (and not duplicate work) on the tickets they\u2019ve been assigned to.<\/p><p>What you'll be able to see:<\/p><ul><li>When another user is viewing the ticket:\u00a0<em>Appears as an icon at the top right-hand corner<\/em><\/li><li>When another user is replying to the customer:\u00a0<em>Appears as [Name] is replying<\/em><\/li><li>When another\u00a0user is adding an internal comment:\u00a0<em>Appears as [Name] is typing<\/em><\/li><\/ul><h2>Drag and drop to add files<\/h2><p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-2649\" src=\"https:\/\/www.k12insight.com\/kc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/sMSmJZGGW9.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"651\" height=\"414\" \/><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A simplified method of adding attachments to customer reply and internal comments.<\/span><\/p><h2>Other enhancements:<\/h2><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Working hyperlink in replies<\/strong> -\u00a0A working hyperlink in the reply before sending it off allows users to check their work.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Exclude date range from aging<\/strong> -\u00a0Rather than having to exclude individual dates from aging, a range will reduce the time it takes to apply such settings for holidays or breaks.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Interest Areas in tabs fall within categories<\/strong> -\u00a0Similar to how it works on a landing page, it will break up the IAs accordingly on the tab for more accurate selection.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Required interest area owner selection when users are removed interest area owners<\/strong> -\u00a0This ensures that interest areas will always have an owner and reminds System Admins to select one when an owner is removed.<\/span><\/li><li><strong>Activity Log<\/strong> - Under Your Settings, System Admins now have the ability to see timestamped activities and changes that go on within the account. This includes activities such as generated reports and interest area changes.<\/li><\/ul><h2>Have comments or feedback on the release?
