You can either mark individual tickets as spam or mark an <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">entire email address<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> as spam. <\/span><\/p><h4><strong>How-to: Mark the ticket as spam<\/strong><\/h4><p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-3370\" src=\"https:\/\/www.k12insight.com\/kc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/EYuTTY8akS.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"632\" height=\"344\" \/><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If your account received a specific ticket that is spam and you want to remove it from your inbox, this is how you want to mark it as spam. When you\u2019re within a ticket, there are a couple of ways you can easily mark the ticket as spam. <\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hover over the ticket subject line and click on the spam icon (pentagon icon with a \u201c!\u201d). The icon will appear next to the subject line in red to represent you\u2019ve successfully marked the ticket as spam. <\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Alternatively, you can click on the ticket icon underneath of the ticket #. Then select <\/span><b>Mark As Spam<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in the dropdown. The same spam icon will appear next to the subject line to represent you\u2019ve successfully marked the ticket as spam. <\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">How-to: Mark the email<\/span><\/h2><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-3368\" src=\"https:\/\/www.k12insight.com\/kc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/YFz0idMTZ2.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"632\" height=\"344\" \/><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If your account often receives spam messages from a specified email, you can mark the entire email as spam. To mark an email address as spam, go into a ticket that came from the email. Hover over the email address under Customer Information and you\u2019ll see the spam icon appear. Click on it to mark the sender as spam. You\u2019ll then have the ability to enable two options: <\/span><\/p><ul><li><b>Mark all the existing tickets from this Email as Spam <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">- Check this box to send all previous tickets from this email address into the spam inbox<\/span><\/b><\/li><li>Block Sender <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">- Select this option to automatically filter out all tickets moving forward from this sender directly into the spam inbox<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Spam Inbox<\/span><\/h2><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-3367\" src=\"https:\/\/www.k12insight.com\/kc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/h90rIAafJj.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"632\" height=\"344\" \/><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can find all tickets marked as spam, both automatically and manually, in the Spam Inbox. This is located on the inbox navigation menu, under <\/span><b>Spam<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">What you\u2019re able to do: <\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Your spam is separated into Auto-Filtered Messages (tickets from emails marked as spam) \u00a0and User Filter Messages (tickets that are manually marked as spam by users)<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can sort through the spam inbox by Sender name, Subject line, Ticket received date, and Topic<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can restore a ticket to your regular inbox by hovering over a ticket and clicking on the note icon that appears at the far right of the ticket. <\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Spam Ticket and Dashboard<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Marking a ticket as spam will remove it from all dashboard reports.
