This report gives you a holistic view of the District\u2019s state so you can visually see the progress of users, topics, and categories and quickly identify areas where your team excels or is struggling to provide actionable next steps.<\/p><h2><strong>Accessing the Comparison Report<\/strong><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click the Dashboard (bar graph) icon in the top left-hand corner of your account.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On the left-hand side of the screen, under Comparison, click on Users,\u00a0 Categories, or Topics.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h4><strong>Reading the report<\/strong><\/h4><h4><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-3041\" src=\"https:\/\/www.k12insight.com\/kc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/Comparison-Grid.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"697\" height=\"367\" \/><\/h4><h4><strong>The Comparison Grid:\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The X-Axis of the grid represents the Average Ticket Age while the Y-Axis of the grid represents the Average CX Score. Depending on the report selected, the dots represent Users, Categories, or Topics. The graph charts 4 quadrants:\u00a0<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Top-right: Stellar Service<\/strong>. Dots under this quadrant display areas, users and categories that are doing well in delivering exceptional customer experience.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Top-left: Improve Response Time<\/strong>. These dots are receiving high scores when it comes to feedback, but compared to the rest of the district, they might be slow to resolve tickets.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Bottom-right: Improve Service Quality<\/strong>. Areas, users, and categories under this quadrant are quick to resolve tickets but aren\u2019t hitting high marks when it comes to receiving feedback.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Bottom-left: Risk Areas<\/strong>. These dots require the most focus as they are both slower in responding as well as receiving low scores from customers.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pro tip: Use the map located on the top right corner to focus in on any quadrant.\u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/li><\/ul><h2><strong>The Comparison Bars:\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-1935 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.k12insight.com\/kc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/Screen-Shot-2018-07-12-at-5.18.26-PM.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"644\" height=\"331\" \/><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Each comparison report graphically displays the average Ticket age on the left and average Cx Score on the right for each of the listed items.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The center column will display the User\u2019s name, Topic(s) or Category respectively based on the selected report as well as the total number of ticket and any unclosed critical tickets belonging to that entity.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By default, items will be listed in alphabetical order. The district average will be shown at the bottom of the list.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h4><strong>Ticket Age<\/strong><\/h4><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Ticket Age bar on the left side will display the average time it takes to close out tickets. <\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A yellow ticket age bar indicates that there are past due tickets if any.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hover over the bar to see the number of past-due tickets. <\/span><\/li><\/ul><h4><strong>Cx Score<\/strong><\/h4><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Cx (Customer Experience) Score bar on the right side will display the average score received from customers<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A yellow Cx score bar indicates that the average score is categorized as <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">negative<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> which is a score of 5 or below. (This only applies if the Topic has 5 or more tickets total)<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hover over the bar to see the number of tickets that received a Cx Score<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h4><strong>Drilling down<\/strong><\/h4><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-1936 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.k12insight.com\/kc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/Screen-Shot-2018-07-12-at-5.19.04-PM.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"644\" height=\"284\" \/><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To drill down on the comparison report, simply click on the column or bars to see an expanded view. <\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On the right side, you will see the top 3 recent tickets, which appear in the recency of the received date. <\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On the left side, you will see the top 3 recent tickets that received Cx Scores which appear in the recency of the ticket received to date. <\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Each ticket card displays the Subject Line, Topic, Ticket Age, and Status. The entry point of the ticket is denoted by the icon on the far left-hand side. <\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Clicking on an individual ticket card will open up the ticket in another tab.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h4><strong>Notify Users<\/strong><\/h4><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The comparison report allows you to send notifications to your users for a number of reasons - such as reminding them about past due tickets or cheering them on for receiving positive Cx scores. <\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For User Comparison - the notifications go to the User<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For Topic and Category comparisons, notifications go to the owner of the Topic<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For Category comparisons, notifications go to the owners of the all the Topics within the category<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There are two ways to notify your users:<\/span><\/p><p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-1937 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.k12insight.com\/kc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/Screen-Shot-2018-07-12-at-5.19.44-PM.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"692\" height=\"91\" \/><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Specific Users\/Topics: When you drill down, you will find statement sentences at the bottom of the expanded view. These statements will tell you recent summaries of the users or topics. Choose from: <\/span><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Age<\/span><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Users with fast closing time (average ticket age is less than the district past due definition)<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Users with slow closing time (average ticket age is more than the district past due definition)<\/span><\/li><li>Users with any past due tickets<\/li><li>Users with any open tickets<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Scores<\/span><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Users with positive experiences (Cx scores of 8 or above)<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Users with negative experiences (Cx scores of 5 or below)<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Critical<\/span><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Users who have unclosed critical tickets<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><h2><strong>Save, Download, Share and Filter!<\/strong><\/h2><p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-1939 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.k12insight.com\/kc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/Screen-Shot-2018-07-12-at-5.31.27-PM.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"514\" height=\"64\" \/><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Save comparison reports by clicking the Save button at the top right-hand corner. Give the report a title, and all saved reports will appear on the left-hand navigation menu. <\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Download comparison reports in two different formats: PDF or Excel<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Share comparison reports via email which will provide your recipients with a live and interactive link of the report<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-1940 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.k12insight.com\/kc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/Screen-Shot-2018-07-12-at-5.35.53-PM.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"269\" height=\"280\" \/><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Use the Filter Options to filter your comparison report for the following performance groups<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Users who have an average positive Cx Score<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Users who have an average negative Cx Score<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Users who have unclosed critical tickets<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Users who have past due tickets<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Comparison report is only available for System Administrators, Category Admins, and Global Users.
