Key Terms<\/strong><\/h4>

Category<\/strong> \u2014<\/strong> Bold headings that organize topics into groups on your landing page. Examples: Trending Topics, Departments.<\/span><\/p>

Topic \u2014 <\/strong>Buttons customers click to submit a question, comment, suggestion, compliment, or concern. Examples: Superintendent Search, Inclement Weather, Transportation Requests.<\/span><\/p>

Topic Owner \u2014<\/strong> The person responsible for managing submissions for a topic. There can be only one per topic.<\/span><\/p>

Team Member \u2014<\/strong> Anyone who supports the topic owner by responding to or viewing submissions. A topic can have multiple team members.<\/span><\/p>

How to complete your worksheet<\/strong><\/h4>
  1. Define your categories.<\/strong> Enter each category name in the Category field.<\/span><\/li>
  2. Add your topics.<\/strong> List each topic under the category it belongs to. Topics should reflect the most common reasons people reach out to your team.<\/span><\/li>
  3. Assign a topic owner.<\/strong> Enter one topic owner per topic in the Topic Owner column.<\/span><\/li>
  4. Add team members (optional).<\/strong> List anyone who will support the topic owner in the Team Members column.<\/span><\/li>
  5. Submit to your system administrator.<\/strong> Once complete, send your worksheet to your system administrator \u2014 they'll use it to configure your team's topics.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
