    Prerequisites<\/h2>

    Before you begin make sure you have the following before connecting this integration:<\/span><\/p>

    • Google Admin administrator account with Global Admin or Application Admin role<\/span><\/li>
    • Authorization to grant Onflo read access to your directory<\/span><\/li>
    • Users provisioned in Google Workspace.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

      Step 1: Click on Connect<\/b> on the Google Workspace<\/b> card in Integration Marketplace<\/b><\/p>

      Step 2: Click on Sign in with Google Workspace\u00a0<\/strong>(Note: The user needs to have the necessary permission in their Google Workspace.)<\/p>

      Step 3: Grant permission for Google Workspace by clicking on Continue<\/strong> in the Google Accounts popup window. Select all the permissions required by K12insight and click on Continue<\/strong>.<\/p>

      \"\"<\/p>

      Step 4: Once the connection is established, Connection Successful<\/strong> message will be shown. Click on Continue<\/strong>.\"\"<\/p>

      Step 5: Users can map fields from their Google Workspace to fields in Onflo.<\/p>

      Step 6: Set Import Preferences<\/strong> and select Default Role<\/strong>.<\/p>

      \"\"<\/p>

      Step 7: Set a sync schedule for this integration by selecting a time and days.<\/p>

      Step 8: Set Sync Safety Threshold<\/p>

      \"\"<\/p>

      Step 9: Click on Finish<\/strong> to activate the integration.<\/p>

      Once the integration is installed it will show up in the Installed Apps<\/strong> section along with other installed applications. Admins can click on Manage<\/strong> to make changes.<\/p>

      Note: Districts using the older integration should remove their current setup and reconfigure using the new process to access the improved experience.<\/p>
