While you\u2019ll see Onflo, formerly Let\u2019s Talk in the platform, your school community will continue to see the <\/span><b>Let\u2019s Talk<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> brand through the end of the 2025\u201326 school year.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">From here on out, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>dialogues <\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">will be referred to as<\/span><b> tickets<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to align with our service focus.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This release also brings <\/span><b>major upgrades for Call Center agents<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, including real-time queue visibility, easy call note taking, and flexible outbound dialing.
