Communication was the starting point\u2014and <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Let\u2019s Talk<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> became the trusted tool for listening, responding, and building stronger relationships.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Today, the platform name is changing. But our commitment behind it isn\u2019t. If you use <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Let\u2019s Talk<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, there's no disruption. You\u2019ll see the same platform you rely on, with new capabilities designed to support every department across your district.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Why the change?<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Over time, district operations have demanded more. Communication became the foundation for broader needs: collaboration across departments, compatibility with existing systems, workflow automation, alerts and early warnings, telephony contact centers, AI chatbots, and even integrated asset management.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Together with district leaders, we evolved <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Let\u2019s Talk<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0into<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a modern, unified service platform supporting IT, HR, Facilities, Transportation, Student Services, Safety, and beyond.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">But the name <em>Let's Talk<\/em> didn\u2019t always fit. Education leaders told us:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\"It sounds like it's only for communications.\"<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\"People assume it\u2019s just for family engagement.\"<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cIt only seems relevant to superintendents.\"\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We listened. You\u2019ll also notice a refined experience and new capabilities to support your entire district\u2019s operation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Beyond this school year<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: We\u2019ll work closely with district teams to make the full transition smooth.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At every step, our priority is making sure families and staff have a consistent, trusted experience connecting with their districts.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Built for K-12.
