If you\u2019re having trouble using your microphone with our application, follow these steps to ensure Chrome is set to allow microphone access:<\/span><\/p>

Step 1: Open Chrome Settings<\/b><\/h3>
  1. Click the <\/span>three dots<\/b> menu in the top-right corner of Chrome.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  2. Select <\/span>Settings<\/b>.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

    Step 2: Check Site Permissions<\/span><\/h2>
    1. In the left menu, click <\/span>Privacy and security<\/b>.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    2. Click <\/span>Site settings<\/b>.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    3. Under <\/span>Permissions<\/b>, click <\/span>Microphone<\/b>.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li><\/ol>

      Step 3: Select Your Microphone<\/b><\/h3>
      1. From the dropdown at the top, choose the correct microphone device (if you have more than one).<\/span>
        <\/span><\/li>
      2. Under <\/span>Allowed to use your microphone<\/b>, make sure <\/span>k12insight.com<\/b> appears.<\/span>
