For a Recorder, this is the primary function.<\/span><\/i><\/p><p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To create a new Ticket, click the green pencil icon in the top right-hand corner of your screen.<\/span><\/i><\/p><p><video autoplay=\"autoplay\" loop=\"loop\" controls=\"controls\" width=\"1280\" height=\"650\"><br \/>\n        <source src=\"https:\/\/www.k12insight.com\/kc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/Lets-Talk.mp4\" type=\"video\/mp4\" \/><br \/>\n    <\/video><\/p><p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Create a Ticket form that opens includes most of the same fields as the Customer-facing version, with a few variations.<\/span><\/i><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Upon selecting a Topic, you may further identify which User on that team is best suited to help the Customer.<\/span><\/i><\/i><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Even before sending, add Tags to the Ticket to offer your colleague as much information as possible to help with reports.<\/span><\/i><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Options at the bottom of the form allow the User to:<\/span><\/i><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Add an internal comment, if there is information that should be shared with colleagues only.<\/span><\/i><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Add the User recording the message to the Ticket. This option is pre-selected by default, and allows the User to track the progress of the Ticket as needed.<\/span><\/i><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Send the Customer a thank-you email.
