Chatbot to more of your community by enabling Spanish in<\/span><b> Settings &gt; Chatbot<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Once enabled by a<\/span><b> System Administrator,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> customers will have the option to interact with multiple language options available in Onflo Chatbot via the embedded Onflo Tab.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>How it works<\/b><\/h2><p><b>For Customers<\/b><\/p><p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-13057\" src=\"https:\/\/www.k12insight.com\/kc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Screenshot-2025-04-04-161050.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"794\" height=\"439\" \/><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When opening the LT tab, customers will now see a language selection icon in the field where they will enter the message depending on the orientation of the tab.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Basic and High Support Languages<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Onflo offers several language options that are considered <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">high support <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and additional languages with <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">basic support<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">High support <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">languages have a high degree of accuracy and we are confident in providing to our customers. <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Basic languages<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> have translations, but they perhaps don't have as much nuance in the translations as these high support languages do. All default languages in Onflo are supported by Onflo Chatbot. To learn more about which languages are offered, and which languages are both <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">high <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">basic <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">support please refer to our Learning Center article <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.k12insight.com\/kc\/how-to-articles\/how-to-set-up-translations\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">How to Set Up Translations<\/span><\/a><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To enable these language options you will need to assign a translator for every language option you wish to enable in your district\u2019s account.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>To Enable Language Options<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To enable any language option you will need to assign translators, and enable the languages within Onflo Chatbot. All languages do need to have a translator assigned whether they are a <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">high support <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">or <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">basic <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">language. Below are the directions for each step:<\/span><\/p><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click on <\/span><b>Languages<\/b><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Select the <\/span><b>Language <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">from the dropdown menu<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Select the <\/span><b>Translator <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">from the dropdown menu<\/span><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click <\/span><b>Save<\/b><\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-13058\" src=\"https:\/\/www.k12insight.com\/kc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Screenshot-2025-04-04-162146.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"777\" height=\"239\" \/><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Now that you have assigned translators you will also need to enable languages in Onflo Chatbot<\/span><\/p><h2><b>Enable Languages in Onflo Chatbot<\/b><\/h2><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click on <\/span><b>Onflo Chatbot<\/b><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click on the drop down menu for <\/span><b>Enable Languages<\/b><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click the check box next to the language(s) you want to enable<\/span><\/li><\/ol><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-13059\" src=\"https:\/\/www.k12insight.com\/kc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Screenshot-2025-04-04-162326.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"781\" height=\"189\" \/><\/p><p>4. <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The selections will enable the languages automatically<\/span><\/p><p><b>Note: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Your default and custom scripts will be automatically translated for your customers when engaging with Onflo Chatbot<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Offer the convenience of Onflo (formerly Let's Talk!)
