These enhancements are designed to make managing your district\u2019s resources even easier, ensuring they remain relevant, accurate, and well-organized.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you\u2019re new to using the Resource Center, it powers essential features like Onflo Chatbot, generative AI ticket replies, and the Knowledge Base \u2014 helping your district provide timely, high-quality customer service.<\/span><\/p><h3><b>Updates Inspired by Our Onflo Community<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We\u2019re excited to introduce these updates, shaped by feedback from our Onflo users:<\/span><\/p><ul><li aria-level=\"1\"><b>New Resource Visibility Controls for Knowledge Base<\/b><b style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">System admins can now designate resources as public, internal, or hidden, giving you more control over how resources are used. By default, resources are public and available in Onflo Chatbot and Knowledge Base unless adjusted. To ensure privacy, all existing internal articles will be automatically deselected from Onflo Chatbot profiles.<\/span><\/li><li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Display Web Pages and Documents in the Knowledge Base<\/b><b style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It\u2019s now easier for customers and team members to find the information they need. System admins can decide which resources \u2014 including scanned web pages and uploaded documents \u2014 appear in the Knowledge Base, streamlining access to relevant content.<\/span><\/li><li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Resource Expiration Date Updates<\/b><b style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Building on <\/span><a style=\"font-weight: 400;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.k12insight.com\/kc\/product-updates\/new-in-lets-talk-november-2024\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">last month\u2019s release<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, you now have the option to remove expiration dates from resources that no longer need them. Additionally, when displaying documents and webpages in your public knowledge base, any expired content will automatically be hidden.
