If your district hasn\u2019t explored this valuable Let\u2019s Talk feature yet, learn more about the Resource Center. Resource Center powers three key features designed to provide your community high-quality information with ease: our chatbot, the Let\u2019s Talk Assistant; our generative AI ticket reply generator; and our knowledge base.<\/p>\n<h3>Updates Inspired by Our Let\u2019s Talk Community<\/h3>\n<p>Each of these updates reflects valuable feedback from our Let\u2019s Talk community. Here\u2019s what\u2019s new:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Resource Manager Filters: <\/b>You can now filter resources in Let\u2019s Talk to see which users are responsible for managing specific resources or sections. With this update \u201cArticle Manager\u201d will become \u201cResource Managers.\u201d<\/li>\n<li><b>Display Website Scan Progress:<\/b> To keep you informed during website scans in the Resource Center, Let\u2019s Talk now shows a progress bar and display messages for scans in progress or in the queue for processing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Ready to Dive In?<\/h3>\n<p>We're excited to see how these updates enhance your Let\u2019s Talk experience and support your customer service goals.
