Creating Response Templates<\/strong><\/h2>

Response Templates are customizable saved messages that Onflo (formerly Let's Talk!) Users can access when replying to Customers. System Administrators <\/span>and Topic Owners<\/span> can create an unlimited number of standard replies<\/span>, as well as choose who can access each Template.<\/span><\/p>

Create a New Template<\/b><\/p>

To create a Response Template, follow the instructions outlined below:<\/span><\/p>

  • In Settings<\/strong>, click on Response Templates.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>
  • Click on the Create New Template.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>
  • Give your template a title in Template Name.<\/span><\/li>
  • Enter the template content in Message Body.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    Sharing Options for Templates<\/h2>
    • In Share Settings<\/strong>, decide whether you want this template to be available only to you or shared with other Topics (Including your own). <\/span><\/li>
    • In the dropdown menu, select Topics that can also use this Template. <\/span><\/li>
    • When you share a Template with a given Topic, the Topic owner is notified via email about gaining access to your Response Template. You can include an email message under Share Settings.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

      Response Template Access and Options<\/b><\/h2>

      Aside from the Templates you create, you are also able to see Templates shared with you. If you are a System Administrator, you can view All Templates within the account.<\/span><\/p>

      Each Template is displayed as a card that includes information on how many Topics can access the Template. <\/span><\/p>

      Upon hover, you have the option to: <\/span><\/p>

      • Preview the Template by clicking on the eye icon at the bottom right-hand corner <\/span><\/li>
      • Access the Menu for the Template Card<\/span>
        • Edit the Template<\/span><\/li>
        • Share the Template<\/li>
        • Delete the Template<\/span><\/li>
        • Copy the Template<\/span><\/li>
        • View Usage Statistics of the Template (number of times used, average feedback score received, the last time this Template was used)<\/span><\/li>
        • Make the Template unavailable<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>

          If you ever have trouble finding a Template, simply use the search function at the top right of the page. <\/span><\/p>

          Once you are done, don\u2019t forget to save by clicking the green Save button in the top right-hand corner. <\/span><\/p>

          Users from your selected Topics will now be able to access this Response Template when responding to a Ticket. The selection of Templates each User will see includes:<\/span><\/p>

          • Their Templates<\/span><\/li>
          • Templates for that Topic<\/span><\/li>
