In September, we unveiled Form Builder and Email Replies \u2014 new features inspired by feedback from our Let\u2019s Talk community.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><h2>Email Replies<\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reply to Onflo tickets directly from your email inbox \u2014 while tracking your ticket history in Onflo.
