Your district can manage phone calls and text messages through our included <a href=\"https:\/\/www.k12insight.com\/kc\/how-to-articles\/how-to-set-up-phone-numbers-in-lets-talk\/\">Basic Telephony features<\/a> or with even more robust features through the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.k12insight.com\/kc\/how-to-articles\/how-to-use-call-center\/\">Call Center add-on<\/a> for Onflo.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><h3><b>Basic Telephony<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.k12insight.com\/kc\/how-to-articles\/how-to-set-up-phone-numbers-in-lets-talk\/\">Basic Telephony<\/a> \u2014 included with your Onflo account \u2014 allows you to bring phone calls and texting into Onflo. This feature gives you the ability to handle incoming calls and texts, make outgoing calls, send text replies to customers, and assign Onflo users as phone agents for each phone number.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Add up to 10 phone numbers for phone calls and texting, with an option* to add unlimited phone numbers.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Users can also create greeting messages and text replies once and apply them across multiple settings. We believe your customers should use the contact method that's right for them \u2014 including by phone or text \u2014 and that you should have one place to manage all channels through your Onflo inbox.<\/span><\/p><p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">*Additional charges apply for over 10 lines.<\/span><\/i><\/p><h3><b>Call Center<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Onflo's <a href=\"https:\/\/www.k12insight.com\/kc\/how-to-articles\/how-to-use-call-center\/\">Call Center add-on<\/a> includes Basic Telephony features plus advanced <a href=\"https:\/\/www.k12insight.com\/kc\/how-to-articles\/how-to-use-ivr-menus\/\">Interactive Voice Response (IVR) routing<\/a> and call center management features \u2014 allowing you to use the platform for your comprehensive customer service solution.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Use round-robin agent queues to make sure your customers get to a human quickly and no one person is overloaded with calls. With this feature, the Call Center automatically sends incoming calls to an available phone agent and distributes calls across available phone agents.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">With IVR, callers can interact with a menu by using the keypad on their phone to find the right department. School districts can use Call Center features to configure IVR menus to ensure callers are routed to the right queue or receive the right voice memo.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Call Center also provides advanced management tools, making it easy for team leaders to manage queues, change phone agent statuses, and listen to or join an existing call with \u201ccall barging\u201d features.
