If the content already exists within your district's <a href=\"https:\/\/www.k12insight.com\/kc\/how-to-articles\/resource-management-streamlining-your-content\/\">Resource Center<\/a> \u2014 let the AI do the heavy lifting for you!<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Because Onflo AI features are powered <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">only<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> by the content you upload to the Resource Center, you can trust your customers are receiving accurate information.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><h2>Generate a reply with Generate AI Response<\/h2><p>Within the ticket, click on <em>Reply to Customer<\/em> button to open the text box.
