This month's release introduces powerful new features for the generative AI Onflo Chatbot, telephony improvements, and several user-inspired updates. These enhancements are designed to provide you with the tools you need to deliver exceptional customer service and improve operational efficiency districtwide.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Please continue to share your ideas and feedback with your Client Success Manager or submit feedback through the question mark icon in Onflo. Your input is essential as we continue to innovate and ensure Onflo provides the best experience for you and your team!<\/span><\/p><h2><b>Features inspired by the Onflo community\u00a0<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We\u2019re excited to deliver updates and refinements that improve the overall Onflo user experience, inspired by your feedback. Here\u2019s a look at what\u2019s new:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Minimize AI Themes: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We heard your feedback about AI Themes \u2014 and we\u2019re excited to share that you can now minimize the AI Theme panel, and it will automatically minimize when you reply to a customer.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Delete users who do not activate accounts: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Inactive users can now be deleted from the User Management page.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Set Out-of-Office for the current day:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Set an Out-of-Office that includes the current day.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Updated workflow triggers: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Create a workflow for a specific phone line.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Two-factor authentication for SSO accounts:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> For accounts with SSO set up, users can log in via a username and password but will be required to enter a one-time passcode sent to the email address associated with their SSO account.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Landing Page\/Tab Editor: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This setting is moving to the Account Setup section of settings \u2014 where it belongs!<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Define, schedule, and send data exports: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can now create a custom data export, schedule the export, and send it via email or to an SFTP location.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><b>Onflo Chatbot and Resource Center<\/b><\/h2><h4><b>User Community Idea Delivered: <\/b><b>\u2728 <\/b><b>Resource Center Website Scans<\/b><\/h4><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enter your district\u2019s website domain into the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.k12insight.com\/kc\/how-to-articles\/resource-management-streamlining-your-content\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Resource Center<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> instead of just individual pages, which powers your Onflo chatbot and AI Ticket Replies, for a comprehensive website scan.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This feature will only scan web pages that are connected to your district\u2019s main domain. If school sites or campuses have their domains, you will need to scan those individually as you do for web page scans.\u00a0<\/span><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For example, <\/span><strong>mcsdistrict.org\/carrierelementary<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> would be included in your full site scan of <\/span><strong>mcsdistrict.org<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> but <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>carrierelementary.mcsdistrict.org<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> would not.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Important: <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Be aware that scanning your entire domain will pull all web page content into your chatbot, including any outdated pages, which will be added to the Resource Center.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Full site scans are best for districts that are diligent about their website content maintenance. For the most accurate web page scans, we recommend scanning individual web pages that are updated with the latest information.<\/span><\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">If you make any updates to the web page or domain, you will need to re-scan the URL.<\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.k12insight.com\/kc\/how-to-articles\/how-to-set-up-lets-talk-assistant\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Learn how to set up your generative AI-powered Onflo Chatbot.<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h4><b>User Community Idea Delivered: \u2728 Create Separate Chatbots for Departments or Schools<\/b><\/h4><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">With the new Chatbot Profiles, you can create department or school-specific versions of Onflo Chatbot, allowing for more tailored and relevant responses.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h4><b>User Community Idea Delivered: \u2728 Onflo Chatbot Dashboard \u2014 Trends Summary<\/b><\/h4><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As we continue to develop robust reporting features for Onflo Chatbot, we\u2019re excited to introduce a Trends Summary section in your <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.k12insight.com\/kc\/how-to-articles\/lets-talk-assistant-report\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Onflo Chatbot dashboard<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This provides a summarization of trending themes, helping identify what your community is talking about and areas where additional resources are needed in your Resource Center.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><b>Call Center<\/b><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Call Details Report:<\/strong> System administrators now have access to detailed call reporting. Reports capture calls handled by agents, abandoned calls, calls received outside of business hours, and more.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><b>Form Builder<\/b><\/h2><ul><li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Answer-based Workflows: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assign a ticket to a Topic based on the answer to a question within your form.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><b>Ready to dive in?\u00a0<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We're excited about these updates and look forward to hearing how they transform your customer service.
