Good news- now you can!<\/p><h3>How to create an Answer-based Workflow<\/h3><ul><li>After selecting your form, click the pencil icon on the question to edit.\u00a0Within the question, you will see multiple options below including a menu icon (3 dots).<\/li><li>Click the menu icon and check the box next to \"Show ticket rules\".<\/li><li>Once checked, you will see a + icon for each answer option. Click on the plus sign to change the Topic.<\/li><li>Select a Topic for each answer option and Save when complete.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Add Tags to Workflows<\/h3><p>You can now trigger a Workflow that will add Tags to a Ticket if an answer option is selected within a Form. Tags can be added to Checkbox, Multiple Choice, and Drop-down questions.<\/p><p>To add Tags, click the pencil icon near the questions to open the editing options.<\/p><ol><li>Click on the three-dot menu in the bottom right corner of the question box and select \"Show Ticket rules\". You will see checkboxes populate to the right of each answer option.<\/li><li>Check the box you would like to add a Tag to and a pop-up window will appear. From here, choose the Tag name from the drop-down menu.<\/li><li>Be sure to click Save within the Tag box and also Save within the overall Form.<\/li><\/ol><p>Tips:<\/p><ol><li>You can select multiple Tags from the list.<\/li><li>To remove or add more Tags, check the box again and deselect\/select the Tag names.<\/li><\/ol><h2>Add Topics\/Team Members to Workflow<\/h2><p>Tickets can be assigned to a topic or user based on the selection of answers within the form for multiple choice or checkbox answers in a form. Implementing these workflows based on the selection of an answer can expedite delivery of tickets to a department or user responsible for handling ticket types.\u00a0<\/p><h4>To add a team member or topic to answer selection<\/h4><ol><li>Within the question on your form, click the\u00a0<strong>3 horizontal dots,\u00a0<\/strong>then select\u00a0<strong>Show Ticket Rules<\/strong><\/li><li>Click the \"+\" icon next to the answer option in the form<\/li><li>Select the <strong>topic<\/strong> you wish tickets to be assigned to based on the selection of this option<\/li><li>Select the\u00a0<strong>owner\u00a0<\/strong>from the drop-down menu to assign the tickets to<\/li><\/ol><p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-15137\" src=\"https:\/\/www.k12insight.com\/kc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/GIF-Recording-2025-11-07-at-1.51.45-PM.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"1920\" height=\"836\" \/><\/p><h4>Manage Topic Team<\/h4><p>Team members can be added\/removed from a topic as well within this form when creating a workflow for an answer selection.\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Add Team Members<\/strong><\/p><ol><li>Click on <strong>Manage Team Members<\/strong><\/li><li>Select a user from the drop down menu to add to the team<\/li><li>Click the checkbox next to this user's name<\/li><li>Click <b>Save<\/b><\/li><\/ol><p>This will add the user to the topic team so they will have access to the ticket.<\/p><p><strong>Remove Users from Topic<\/strong><\/p><ol><li>Click the \"x\" next to the person's name<\/li><li>Click\u00a0<strong>Save<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><h4>Delete Workflow<\/h4><p>If you need to remove a workflow from an answer option on a form, please follow the directions below:<\/p><p><strong>Delete workflow<\/strong><\/p><ol><li>Click the \"+\" icon next to the answer option<\/li><li>Click the<strong> trash can<\/strong> icon on the form<\/li><li>Click\u00a0<strong>Save<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Do you want to assign a ticket to a specific Topic based on an answer to a question within a form?
