This feature gives your team greater flexibility in customizing the automatic acknowledgements for different scenarios. By defining specific message groups and assigning them to relevant topics, you can tailor responses based on context or audience, enhancing engagement and customer delight.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To view existing templates, or create a new Success Message, navigate to <\/span><b>Settings &gt; Account Setup &gt; Success Messages<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><h2><strong>Creating Success Messages<\/strong><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Create a new Success Message by clicking <\/span><b>Add Messages<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-15570 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.k12insight.com\/kc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Screenshot-2026-01-13-131147.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1915\" height=\"436\" \/><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">From here, select the topic(s) to associate the Success Message with, then customize each of the following message types:<\/span><\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-15575\" src=\"https:\/\/www.k12insight.com\/kc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Screenshot-2026-01-13-131559.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1665\" height=\"727\" \/><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once you have selected which topics(s) you would like the message assigned to you can begin composing your message to match the topic. Additionally, you can compose different messaging based on the type of customer who contacts your organization. Below we have listed the types of messages we offer:<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>On-Screen Confirmation Messages \u2014<\/strong> appear on screen after a Customer has submitted a Ticket:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Standard Customers<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hidden Customers<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Anonymous Customers<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Thank You Email \u2014<\/strong> sent to a Customer who has provided an email address after submitting a Ticket:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Standard Customers<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hidden Customers<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-15571 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.k12insight.com\/kc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Screenshot-2026-01-13-131405.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1655\" height=\"718\" \/><\/p><h2><strong>Features to Explore<\/strong><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>View Type:<\/strong> Card View and List View options are available when viewing Success Messages.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Review Messages:\u00a0<\/strong>Click on the circles in each tile to view the every message for each success message<\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Search Bar: <\/strong>Quickly scan each of the message types by clicking the right and left arrows when viewing a success message.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Sort\/Filter:<\/strong> Success Messages can be sorted and filtered using multiple criteria:<\/span><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Alphabetical<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Created By<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Date Created<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Last Updated<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Translated Languages<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Edit Options: <\/strong><em>Copy, Delete, or assign<\/em> a Default Success Message by clicking the ellipsis at the top right corner of the success message.<\/span><\/li><li>\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-15578 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.k12insight.com\/kc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/GIFRecording20260113at1.37.47PM.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"1672\" height=\"756\" \/><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h2><b>Translating Success Messages<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Easily toggle from Messages to Translation within Success Messages to translate your messaging. Select a Success Message from the dropdown and add translated content to match it.
