The district used K12 Insight‘s Let’s Talk! to open lines of two-way communication and increase internal collaboration, despite potential challenges arising from teachers and staff working from home. Now, Let’s Talk! helps them realize their equity-focused mindset by improving accessibility, increasing engagement, and building trusting relationships across the community—all while ensuring a positive and relational customer experience.
