Fifth largest school district in Wyoming with a strong sense of heritage. 13 schools. 4,000 students. 800 employees.
To rebuild trust in a time of school choice, district leaders needed a better way to engage their community around key issues, including school policies.
Administrators used K12 Insight’s Let’s Talk! to gather community feedback on critical school policies and then used that feedback to revise them. This approach helped them establish strong community relationships while building a culture of trust and transparency.
In their words
“It was important for us to establish that communication with the community and earn their trust, and that’s really the bread and butter of K12 Insight.” — Dr. Jubal Yennie, superintendent
