All students who test positive for Covid need to report this to the school site. The links below are for requesting an appointment for testing or asking a question about quarantine guidelines.

STAFF
All staff who test positive, have a direct exposure, or need to schedule an appointment for testing, please continue to use the links below for reporting.

 If you have a real-time emergency, please call 911. 


The reporting process is confidential and follows the guidelines and protocols developed by the California Department of Public Health and Riverside County Public Health.  

Please note THIS IS NOT A TIPLINE! THE USE OF THIS PAGE IS INTENDED SOLELY FOR THE EXPLICIT PURPOSE OF REPORTING A FIRST-HAND/PERSONAL POTENTIAL EXPOSURE OR CONFIRMED COVID-19 TEST FROM A TVUSD EMPLOYEE.  ANONYMOUS AND/OR THIRD-PARTY SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE REVIEWED.

Each report results in a different process, so it is important that you submit under the specific category button to ensure it is routed appropriately and expeditiously.
