  • Access to any instructional tool (online textbook, Nearpod, TechBook, etc.)
  • Schoology support (parent or student)
  • Google Suite (document storage or access to apps)
  • Clever or ClassLink single sign-on platforms

STS Student Device Support:
  • Trouble printing from device
  • Broken screen/cracked screen
  • Lost, damaged device or charger, keyboard
  • Frozen screen
  • Adding apps to your iPad App Portal
  • Loss of connectivity or WiFi issues
  • Username/password reset or support
  • Student Gmail Accounts

School Attendance Secretary
  • Student needs to be absent for part of or all of any virtual learning session
  • Doctor's appointments, dentist, and other excused absences

Reach a School Administrator
  • Issues unresolved by an ITC, STS, or Classroom Teacher
  • Your child has a suspected or confirmed COVID diagnosis
  • Issues or concerns that require confidentiality
