To improve compliance with Federal pay and wage rules, AISD’s pay schedule for police officers, dispatchers and alarm techs will move from a monthly to a biweekly period. The process for employees to clock in and out remains the same

  • The final monthly pay date is Friday, June 28. This check will cover a one-month period.
  • The first biweekly pay date is Friday, July 12. This check will cover a two-week period and include any unpaid overtime or supplemental time earned through Friday, July 5.

This change will mean that officers will now earn overtime after working more than 40 hours each week rather than having to work 86 hours during a two-week period before earning overtime.
