The Austin ISD Compensation Programs are designed to ensure each component of our rewards program promotes an atmosphere that attracts, motivates and retains high performing employees and provides support to the organizational mission of educating all students for success.
The function of the Compensation Department is to direct the strategic planning, design, implementation, administration and communication of all district compensation programs. By researching and evaluating the organizational needs of the district and assessing market trends, we proactively ensure our compensation programs are competitive and align with our district's philosophy!
