Our goal in Professional Standards is to provide you the information you need, in one place, for better employee engagement and experience. We are here to answer your questions. The Professional Standards team within the Office of Talent Strategy collaborates with employees and supervisors to improve and maintain employer-employee relationships.

Our goal is to increase productivity and morale to positively impact student achievement. Employee Relations also counsels district employees on effective employee standards of conduct and employment practices as outlined by District policy.
