Citizens may sign up to speak in person when the meeting agenda has been released to the public, and up until 12 p.m. the day of the meeting.  

If you would like to sign up to speak at the meeting, please complete the form below. Please provide your complete address, telephone number, and e-mail address for the record. 

Speakers who require interpreter services must notify the Clerk of the same and their name and contact information, either by phone or email, at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting. If you are requesting American Sign Language please state that on the form below.

Wish to submit a written statement or videotaped recording?

Citizens may submit a written statement by completing the Public Statement Form located on the PWCS School Board’s webpage. Those who wish to submit a 3 minute or less videotaped recording may do so by submitting the recording to pwcsclerk@pwcs.edu.
