PCPS Strategic Plan Feedback
The strategic plan was developed in 2014 with input from staff, students, parents and community members. It reflects analysis of multiple data, including a division and community survey, student engagement survey, advanced placement test results, standards of learning test results, SAT data, career and technical education credentialing results, attendance data, discipline data and multiple school-based achievement data. School plans are developed annually with input from staff members as well as multiple data sources and directly link to and support the division’s strategic plan. Each spring a Strategic Plan Feedback Survey is provided to students, staff and parents. The data from this survey, as well as from other data sources, inform the annual strategic plan update that is provided to the School Board each fall. The updates serve to track the division’s progress with regard to the Performance Indicators and Goals found in the PCPS Strategic Plan during the six year time period of the plan. Below are links to the PCPS Strategic Plan and the most recent Strategic Plan Update. Â
