Student Records are not public records. Only those authorized and eligible to review and receive records are permitted access to student records. Identification is required.

Currently enrolled students:
Records are retained at the school and you should request them via the school's registrar.

Special Education students:
A records center is staffed to handle the special education student records. Call (503) 661-7200 ext. 3053 or email studentservicesrecords@rsd7.net to place your request.

Formerly enrolled students:
For all records requests including transcript requests for former students prior to last school year, please complete the Former Student Records Request Form.
