  1. Trouble logging into or updating your volunteer application? This visual guide will help you resolve the most common account challenges.
  2. ​If your password reset email doesn't arrive immediately:
    • ​check your spam/junk folder,
    • wait for 24 hours and look for the email again, as many servers quarantine automatic messages before moving them into your inbox.
  3. Do you need your volunteer portal password reset?
    • Please include your DOB in your request.
  4. Want to find out if you are approved to volunteer?
    • ​​Please contact your volunteer liaison directly. Per board policy, each school approves volunteers allowed to serve in their buildings. The central office manages the database that provides schools with the information they need to approve their applicants and verify volunteers' identities. 
  5. ASM Prevention course "stuck"? Try these: (1) Zoom out or scroll down to locate the "continue" or "next" boxes. (2) Try using a different internet browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari, etc). (3) Use a different device - visit your local library if you don't have other devices at home.
