As the Client Success Associate Manager, I lead our talented and passionate Client Care Team. We meet the needs of our internal and external customers by owning all issues related to platform support, enhancements and training.

I help take conversations the Client Care Team has with our community of users, including their how-to and technical issues, and collaborate with our development team to create a better experience for all Engage and Let's Talk! users.
