A:Unfortunately, no. Due to federal Title I funding guidelines, we cannot serve children who are age-eligible for Kindergarten. The Kindergarten teacher and school will work with you to determine the child’s needs.

A:If you have accepted your lottery award, FWCS needs to pre-register your student. Once that is complete, the parent needs to register for school.

A:Yes, students can continue going to the school in which they are currently enrolled, if they move. If the move is outside the school boundaries, you would be required to provide transportation. Just talk to your school office to update your address.

A: Most of our elementary schools offer basketball for fourth and fifth grades. In the fall, we offer a series of cross country runs. FWCS partners with the Northeast Indiana Football Association (NIFA) to offer football programs for students in first through sixth grades. Some school have additional programs, such as year-round running clubs and other activities. Please check with your child's school for details.
