Why am I getting this error message?
Since the survey is designed for each invitee to participate just once, the link is good for one single use. It appears that someone has already used this link to submit a survey response.

I never submitted a response, so why is it saying the link has been used?
Chances are someone has already used the link. This may be true if you received the survey indirectly; that is, if someone else was the primary recipient and then forwarded it to you.

I want to complete this survey, so what should I do?
If someone forwarded you the survey, please contact the survey's original sender and request to be invited directly. Check the email header for the sender information.
